The British boxer will face the American YouTuber in an eight-round match which will be shown live on the streaming platform.
British boxer Joshua declared he will "dominate completely" the American and "overpower" his opponent as the combatants confronted each other to build hype for the upcoming boxing match.
Ex two time unified title holder Joshua faces social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, on paper, a massive uneven pairing - at Miami Kaseya Center on 19 December.
Fighter's Attitude
"I plan to injure his face and break his body up. I'm here to prove I'm superior," the British boxer, 35 years old, said.
"I will dominate him completely. That's how fighters think.
"I intend to really want to injure him. That's what I want to do."
Respectful Exchange
Despite such comments, a composed Anthony Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - typically recognized for his dramatics - exchanged pleasantries and maintained decorum with each other.
Jake Paul rather criticized ex Joshua's rival the Cameroonian fighter and called him "a joke" after Ngannou declined a bout proposal.
Targeting Tyson Fury
Joshua, meanwhile, criticized UK opponent Fury - and rejected a £1m bet 'Tyson Fury' claims he will make on a Paul victory.
"Jake Paul is better than Fury - he showed up," the boxer commented.
"I respect him for that."
Legitimate Fighter
Despite saying he intends to punish Paul, Joshua chose not to comment unfavorably about his opponent's boxing ability.
"Jake is a credible opponent," he stated.
Paul's History
Paul - who initially became famous on the Disney Channel - has primarily boxed mixed martial artists or past-their-prime fighters since entering professional boxing.
He lost to British fighter Tommy Fury in last year.
Commercial Success
Nevertheless, the relative newcomer remains one of boxing's greatest financial successes, consistently making massive earnings.
Forecast and Confidence
The 28 year old predicted a knockout win in rounds four or five and stated he would prevent the highly-expected Fury-Joshua bout, which is reportedly being planned for 2026.
"It's going to be me versus Tyson Fury next year," Paul stated.
Size Difference
As the two fighters met for the traditional stare-down, with their physical disparity on show, it drove home just how surprising this complete situation is - and how amazing it is that the match is truly proceeding.
